No excuses.
Strong will power.

Ok, back at it! I have been off, for the summer, well most of it anyway. I lost 20 lbs, but gained back 8. That is where i am putting an end to the gaining. I am back on Sparkpeople and ready to burn those 8 lbs and more!

125 lbs.

To stop binging on candy.

To follow my nutrition program each day.

Turn my fitness program up a notch.

Provide my family with the same healthy foods i am eating.

My Program:
1100 to 1400 calories a day

GYM = M, TU, TH, FR
SA or SU

Cardio 5 times a week 30 minutes.

strenght training 4 times a week.

One of those 5 days, I need to do core training, such as pilates.

well, I am doing better, I actually signed up for fatloosers again. the things steve says really hit home for me and i am back on track. I binged on lots of candy this weekend and I have to move past that. But with support from sparkpeople I know I can do it.

Hi! I went to fatlosers.com immediately after checking out your page and have now watched the first and second videos. I'm so thrilled to have found this tool, so thank you for getting the word out! It does feel like the missing ingredient for me too. I didn't even realize how many excuses I was making. Hey, I noticed we are in about the same place and heading for similar goals. Just wanted to cheer you on! And urge you to keep strong! Thought we may be able to check in w/ each other and keep motivating thoughts bouncing between us!!
