    21 days left in this challenge! WOW-- how time flies :)

    If you haven't stopped by the ITC Challenge Thread.. here is this week's challenge:

    "Week 8 DO THEY STOP AFTER 4TH DAY (bonus is day 5 and Day 6)

    A progressive challenge. We hear it can be better to do a little consistently rather than a lot once in awhile. Begin with 10 minutes of Cardio on day 1, 15 minutes on day 2, 20 minutes on day 3, 25 minutes on Day 4. Stay with it and finish out the week with the Bonus...we are getting more fit every day.

    Healthy Challenge Bonus.... CONSISTENCY
    Continue the progressive challenge for 2 more days.... 30 minutes on day 5, 35 minutes on day 6 and Rest on Day 7
    THANKS LEMON"

    So let's all make sure that we get at least 10 minutes of cardio today. 15 minutes of cardio tomorrow, 20 minutes of cardio on Friday, 25 minutes of cardio on Saturday...
    then to get that BONUS... lets go for 30 minutes on Sunday, and 35 minutes of cardio on Monday..

    We can do this!!!

    What are some of the ways that you can meet the challenge this week?

    Most of my cardio this week will consist of walking, dancing, and maybe a workout video or two.

    What are some of your favorite forms of cardio exercise? How many of us enjoy walking the most? I love going outside and walking.. and maybe even putting a little jogging in there. How about you?

    Have a lovely week Lemons! The chat thread seems to getting more and more quiet. What if everyday that we can get on this week.. we pop into the chat thread and at least post about the cardio that we got in for that day? I would love to see what we are all doing :)
