    Sorry I was so very late and I was trying hard. The time was about 11p.m. and our GD was using at least two computers and mother, me, Fred and our son.
    Everything was slow despite they are all supposed to do Wi Fi.
    Suddenly our modem or router just stopped. Fred cannot see well in a semi dark room. Our GD was about to go sleep the phone jacks are in her room. I had to get our son to fix it.
    I know how to do it but I need two hands to pull the connections and my left thumb hurts too much when I have to grip tight and pull hard, I did try.
    Our son did hurry and eventually I had my computer up and running.
    I had been to the Y to walk it was raining. I did 6,000 PLUS steps in an hour.
    Made lunch.
    Vacuumed all the carpets and dusted the furniture we get all the pollen from the south on the jet stream. I have tree pollen allergies till the pollen is gone. Then it will go to September when the mold and mildew do it again.

    Anyway. You are doing the Fiber CHALLENGE. I know all about Fiber. I have it on my Tracker, I added it years ago. I usually have 20 grams to 25 but I bought High fiber bread. That put me over the top. I also LOVE PRUNES from eating school dinners once a week in UK. still do eat 4 prunes most days.

    I cannot type fast and I did it and chatted to some people. It was fun but I have a lot of other things I have to do.
    I have to read books from the library to help my brain. I used to read but once I had my sewing I liked that the best so I just stopped reading.
    I did start a library at the school and ran it for 13 years for free. I cataloged the books by hand. Eventually I found other parents to help me. I was a school volunteer for 13 years.

    JACQUE, Do you have fiber in your tracker. When I first started I added FIBER on my tracker so I see it with every meal.
    I have a couple of others but I added FIBER almost at the beginning.
    I have done 29 days and every one was over 25 and some 42 mostly 35.
    At Grangefield Grammar we were taught that and I never thought about our NUTRITION in School in UK. Till now.

    I have one to go and I hope to get it done. I will not do it again. Pat in Maine.
