My Program:
Track Fitness (go to the gym 2x per week: HIIT + weights works best)

Drink 8 glasses of water and eat 5 servings of fruit/veggies

Go to bed early

Be kind to myself

Personal Information:
In 2012 I lost half of the weight I wanted to lose. So in 2013 hopefully I'll get rid of the other half.

Strong AND healthy are the new skinny

Thank you for the input! I've taken a step back, read everyone's feedback, thought about it, and thought about it and thought about it...I've come to the conclusion that I:
a. Am not going to worry about it too much.
b. Not be very aggressive about it.
c. I'm going to ask her about it when we see each other next, but I'm not going to go out of my way to make a big 'issue' out of this.
d. Realize that my friends really make an effort to spend time with me, she doesn't...which I think tells me a lot.
It really helps to blog about these things sometimes! You guys always do such a great job of giving me perspective, reminding me the healthy approach, and remind me not to be too hard on myself.

It's really hard to adjust! I can't believe how difficult the mental part of getting healthy is! It's amazing! I got new jeans today, I'm a size smaller than I thought I was...still can't believe it, but super-psyched about it! I think I'll get another shirt or two, and then hold off until I've leveled out, but you are right, it feels good.
I am traveling with a health-conscious friend, so I think the fitness may be well handled...but I'm gonna have to really focus when it comes to food!
