Aiming for the Proper Weight... And Lifetime Eating
I went away a recent Thursday on holiday. I came back and this morning (Wednesday), I'd gained six pounds. I want to lose them. I want to lose a few more. Counting today's ill-gotten total, I want to remove 20 pounds from my body. I used to weigh about 30 pounds more than I do now, so I know I can do this. The uptick is just a blip.
