You are very welcome. I completely understand how you feel. I was at a plateau for 3.5 months earlier this year. I was following the program without cheating so it was very discouraging. Fortunately my sister, trainer, and SparkFriends helped me through it. Now I am 20 pounds lighter and experiencing much less pain.
Remember even if the scales are not moving, improvement is happening on a cellular level. You immune system is getting stronger. You may be lossing fat but building muscle which doesn't show up on the scale. Try taking your measurements. Maybe you are sculting your body. Who cares what you weigh if you are the size you want to be.
Try some interval training. That can really bust a plateau. I wasn't able to use it because of my arthritis, but is worked wonders for me in the past. Hang in there. 1871 days ago
