Life is so beautiful - lets enjoy it!

I am 30 years old, married and with a wanderful 1 year old boy. I joined Sparkpeople a few years ago...I am active from time to time and I enjoy each minute while I am conected. I lose kg hard and I put them on quickly after...now I want to lose the last 10 kg which remained after giving birth to my son.

My Goals:
I want to be a healtier me, a more sportive one and much more energetic. As in the past years I gained and lost a lot of weight (approx. 13 kg fluctuation) my body resents the stress and my skin needs an equilibrated diet. My goal is to take care of my body, so I can enjoy a better life.
......
After days in the diet, my goals are also measurable:
*56 kg by the end of the year (and maintenance)
*5k run without jogging

My Program:
For the time being I donīt have a program. I just try to eat healthy, within my calorie range, to go to the gym at least twice per week and to be conected on SparkPeople as much as possible. I noticed that I donīt feel so hungry and I donīt have such a sweet tooth when I read so many great articles, blogs, tips on SP. :)
....
09.07.2011 - the program is more clear: no sugar, no sweets, no bread, no pasta, no potatoes, lots of vegetables and fruits. Wraps for body daily and gym at least once per week. Follow the 21 days fatloser.com.

Personal Information:
I am 28 years old, live in Vienna together with my husband and try to learn German, :)
I like painting, dancing, singing, making photos - but unfortunately I am not good in any of them so I just consider them a hobby. Recently I started to plant flowers and tomatoes - keep your fingers crossed! :D

Thank you for visiting my blog. I am sooooo glad you are feeling better today and are closer to you goal. Make a good weekend and reward yourself Monday morning. I've had a good week so I'm rewarding myself this evening by going to our local farmer's market. I plan to get fruit and veggies for the weekend to help me stay on my program. Let me know how it goes for you Monday. I know you will send me a great report. emoticon

You are very welcome. I completely understand how you feel. I was at a plateau for 3.5 months earlier this year. I was following the program without cheating so it was very discouraging. Fortunately my sister, trainer, and SparkFriends helped me through it. Now I am 20 pounds lighter and experiencing much less pain.

Remember even if the scales are not moving, improvement is happening on a cellular level. You immune system is getting stronger. You may be lossing fat but building muscle which doesn't show up on the scale. Try taking your measurements. Maybe you are sculting your body. Who cares what you weigh if you are the size you want to be.

Try some interval training. That can really bust a plateau. I wasn't able to use it because of my arthritis, but is worked wonders for me in the past. Hang in there. emoticon emoticon
