Maintenance is my goal

Now that I have hit my weight loss target, my goal is maintaining while holding on to my muscle.

I am ready to add some variety to my routine. Polished up the old bicycle, got the kayaks out, signed up for sailing lessons again this summer...I would even like to try paddle boarding!

I want to keep this 56 year old body for a long, long time so my goal is to treat it well and keep it healthy.

I eat healthy, track my calories in and out.

I teach yoga classes, as many as my body will handle.

I try to get in 50,000 steps in per week.

I want to add some bicycling and water sports in this summer.

I stay positive.
