Balance and breathe.....

I lost 13 in 2013 using SP. Now Im back up 5 and want to hone it back down. I am trying to walk 2 miles a day. Im a healthy eater and get plenty of strength training and flexibility training in yoga classes. The calories dont burn off now that I am over 50.like they used to.

Glad you're on the Lose 13 in 2013 thread. Stick with us, kid. We are serious about our primary focus. The last post I wrote (just now) on there has an idea or two for the 2014 Challenge.
