Mom, Student, Healthy

I'm a Mommy to a wonderful 3 year old ball of energy named Elara and I'm going back to school full time studying Interior Design. I have decided to take full advantage of my student perks this time around and use the wonderful facilities available to me. I'm going to loose weight so that I feel better, can keep up with my daughter and so she will grow up knowing that fitness is an important part everyday life.

My Goals:
I would over all like to lose about 130 lbs. Right now I'm working on a goal of 100 lbs. My main goal is to be healthy and be able to keep up with my daughter who seems to be getting faster and more rambunctious by the day!

My Program:
I am now eating a healthier diet. I have cut back majorly on soda, I have a huge weakness for Pepsi. I have just started to go to the gym at my school 3 times a week with some friends in my program and will try to start doing something like Yoga videos from Netfilx at home a few times a week.

Personal Information:
I'm attending Weber State University and will graduate sometime in the next couple of years with a double major in Interior Design and Sales and a Minor in Art History.
