Third Attempt to Lose: Low Carbs

Ok, so I've been on this site for a few years now and have found that calorie counting is really hard for me. Basically when I get stressed (which happens a lot) my cravings for junk food skyrocketed. My willpower was not enough.

After reading Gary Taubes book: Why We Get Fat, I've decided to go low carb.

So far its working!

commit to baby steps toward improvement. ask yourself "what can I do today that will inch me toward my goal?" it may be something as small as not putting cheese on a sandwich or walking for 10 minutes. always be leaning toward the goal line. you will pick up speed that way.
