My Goals:
I want to lose about 12 pounds and tone and reshape my body.

My Program:
Keeping to an excerse program of some type of aerobic activity at least 3 times a week for 30 minutes. It is usually playing with my niece and nephew, swimming, speed-cleaning the house, or regular exercise. I am also using dumb-bells to tone and shape my arms and shoulders.

Personal Information:
Although I work as an Accountant by day, I am also a certified chef. I love creating healthy, great-tasting foods.
