Throwing My Weight Around

Nothing tastes as good as thin feels.

I started this diet in order to quickly lose enough weight that my suit would fit for an important interview. The interview is over, I wore the suit, and now I'd like to keep going and get in a little better shape. I'd like to eventually run a marathon, even though I do not really enjoy running. I'm enjoying my improving health and experimenting with low-fat cooking!

Lose 36lbs (done! 6/15/11, now working towards 50!)

Be able to:
- Run 6 miles
- Do 50 push ups (done! 8/1/11, may still try for 100!)
- Do 100 crunches

Eventually:
- Do a pull-up
- Run a marathon

My Program:

Diet:
- Weeks 1-2: 1000cal
- After that: 1200-1300cal
- After 36lbs: 1200-1500cal

Exercise:
- Couch to 5K
- 28-Day Bootcamp
- New You Bootcamp
- Virtual 5K
- Spring Into Shape Bootcamp
- Hundred Pushups Program

Personal Information:

Recent MSU grad. Currently working a desk job (yay!) that has caused me to gain weight (boo!).

Other Information:

I'm not really into sharing pictures of myself at any weight, so I added some pictures to keep me motivated.

- I want to be stronger, because my future career is very physical.

- I want to increase my endurance, so that I don't get winded doing everyday tasks.

- I want to look and feel better in my clothes.
