Welcome to the Binghamton Area Losers!

So pleased you've joined our local SparkTeam!

Taking care of ourselves ROCKS!

Looking forward to having you share your SPARK with us! We had a lovely meet 'n greet at at Dorchester Park last summer...kayaking, walking, passing a dish and great conversation as we got to know each other and put "faces" to our names! In Feb. we enjoyed a meet 'n greet at the Whole In The Wall and shared some conversation yet again! A few weeks ago we also got together at Marvin Park in Owego for a potluck picnic.

We're always looking for ideas and inspirations for such get-togethers! If you're still in Germany then keep us in mind if / when you return to the Southern Tier! :-)

Hey there. Glad to find you here.. Hope we can help support each other on this new goal in our lives. Will keep you in prayers. I know this is not going to be an easy thing to accomplish in our lives, but I do know it is possible. Seen others that have lost weight and have started a healthier way of eating and living....
