just finished reading a book by Doreen Virtue--a motivational speaker, spiritual healer,etc...it's called Losing your pounds of pain. very great book!! I highly recommend it for those struggling to lose weight, and even when you do lose the weight you somehow put the weight back on..this is a great book.
