Discipline is remembering what you want.
I am back again trying to lose all that I worked hard for once. I lost 70lbs using spark in 2010. I was down to 155, starting at 224. Although I never reached my goal weight I felt very accomplished. I got pregnant with my second child and packed on the pounds yet again. I sat at my highest yet of 230 and I am READY to get my health and body back!!
