Retired Army Officer and now I have a 50 hr work week and can't cycle as much as I'd like. Want to get in better shape and losesome weight. This years goal--50-50-50-5000 I will be 50 and I want to lose 50 pounds by mid November (from 225 to 175). If I meet this I am gunna plunk cash for a Wilier Gran Turismo decked out. And attempt the "half" Tour das Hugel (full tour is 110 grueling HILLY road miles in Austin, TX) in November.

My Goals:
Back down to 175 like the Iraq days in 2004.
My Program:
1500-2000 cal a day. Burn at least 1000 cal a day through exercise. I know that this is more like a 3 pound rather than 2 pound a week program and may or may not be sustainable.
