I Lost it... and gained it all back. Now I'm back for Vengeance on this weight build up... The Plan: 1. Burn the Fat - Feed the Muscle 2. Track food intake! 3. 3 days/ week weights 4. 4-5 days/ week cardio 5. Train for Houston 1/2 Marathon in January *Goals* Short Term: 1. Lose 5lbs per month in July & August 2. Work up to running 5 miles straight by August 31st 3. Do 25 push ups straight by August 31st ...

Lose 25lbs by Thanksgiving 2012 2. Run Houston 1/2 Marathon on January 13, 2013 3. Lost ALL 40lbs by March 1, 2013!!
