This month I sat by and watched all my weight fluctuations. I gained two pounds last week and lost one this week. The only reason I am still here is because of my weekly pictures.
They show me what I am really working for. They show me my non-scale victories and remind me that my life doesn't revolve around the numbers on the scale but revolves around my energy, being fit, and feeling great!
So, toss that scale aside when you get a lousy number and take a picture of yourself! Compare that picture to any picture you had last week or the week before. It will make you feel better and remind you of why you work so hard!
