Your profile picture is great. It looks like we have a few things in common, such as daughters, were in our forties, and our weight is just about the same. I was at 287and I am now at 256. I have 70 more to go. I hope you stick with your plan and don't lose heat. I saw a couple of peoples pages today where the had lost over 100 pounds and one women 120 and kept it off for 6 years. Good Morning and Greetings from central Indiana!!! Greg here, and just stopping by for a short visit. One of my short term goals is to visit as many of the SparkPages of members of the different teams that I am on. I try to visit one page per team per day (and, yes, I'm keeping track of the pages I visit; 150+ pages in the first 2 months). You are my "Geocaching" visit for today.
I understand about "keeping up with the girls", but they are the joy of my life (oldest has dropped a notch, being replace by her son; our first grand child).
Nice start on your SparkPage. I really like the SparkPages, and think setting one up is an important step; you have to think about what you want to present, and be willing to put it out there for the world to see/read. How about some more pictures, and a little more about you?
