My Goals:
Obviously to become healthier and more fit. The big thing for me though is accepting that fit and healthy does not mean being that super skinny waif like girl I see on tv or in the magazines. I want to be athletic and muscle-y and proud of it =)
My Program:
Currently, I go to the dojo 4 times a week. This involves cardio and weight bearing exercises. I want to start including more days of running and strength training in addition to this.
