Recovering Couch Potato

Title sums it up. My couch and I have had a relationship for far too long. I spend way to much time on it and it does nothing for me in return - except widen my behind! Hoping 2010 I can break free from its spell.

WELL darn! Every time I delete you as a "friend" you show back up , guess I am going to have to stop doing that huh?I would love to go walking again...your butt is not the only one that needs to get moving. I have not walked much at all in the last month. we have been busy getting all our large furniture moved to Arizona and now we are living VERY minimaliastic for the next 8 months.My work scheduel has changed somewhat. off thurs but always have tons of errands and appts on that day. FRi Sat SUN ,I have to leave home at 1 pm to get to work. so if you are off on the weekends I could probably do an 11 am walk, On Mon, Tue , Wed I don;t have to leave the house until 3 pm. So a one pm walk is doable for me on those days..,,, You choose I don;t know your work scheduel. I have a new diet that works great too and so easy , no weighing, or measuring I went off it for the holidays (bad girl , bad girl ..and put 5 ok 7lbs back on but am ready to stop the nonsence and get back doing what i know to do! It is so good to hear from you remember my cell #???? 302 7500 I have lost your number in all the chaos of the moving. best time to get ahold of me is night time when I am at work usually after 8 pm is best then the pt is on their way to sleep.hope to hear from you soon! emoticon

This will be a short post. I have a new ipad that I am learning.... Very slowly, and the keyboard is driving me crazy. it is great to hear from you. we have a not moved yet but continue to slowly move our stuff, final move to not expected until late summer2012.

Woo---wheeee! Yahoootie I'm jumping for joy!!! SO Glad to see you back Arleen. I have MISSED YOU . I realized there was a lot of stress with the Dec job losses i know it takes time to bounce back . We went through something similar when my DH lost his job and then got cancer It took us nearly a year to recover emotionally and financially . I am glad to hear that you are working again. It is getting walking weather once again don;t you think??? I see where Vegas Princess has dropped more than 52 lbs now We don;t write but someone else contacted me and she was on their friend list and she is looking very good.I have been hanging around the 160's ...forever but now that my health problems have been taken care of i hope to be dropping some more wt soon. I am still working like a feind 86 hrs a week now. But not for too much longer I hope(maybe a year).It is almost time to close up shop and head for home so will talk to you again soon , HUGS, Sherry emoticon emoticon
