My journey to a better me !!!!

2011 was NOT a good year for me as a whole. I am SO glad it's over!

2012 is here & I have a new determination to make it a good year in all of the areas I can change.

2013 is here & I've learned many things this year. most imporantly, I did not give up. 2013 will be AWESOME !!!

2013 GOALS
*Lose an additonal 40 pounds
*Finally give up soda completely
*Be able to jog ONE mile without any wogging
*Complete four 5Ks (money permitting) ...

Thank you and I'm sorry to hear about your mom. I have had a horrible year for my dad to breaking my foot to losing a job, but in the end its my husband and kids that keep me going.My kids love helping me workout and they keep me from eating cupcakes..lol But anytime that you feel like you cant just remember that your kids are your inspiration and as long as you have them the only place you can go is up from there!!
