When is your August 5k? I read on your page that participating in a 5k was one of your goals. I did a sprint triathlon for the first time in June, and it was an amazing experience, especially considering I weighed almost 50 pounds MORE than I did when I originally thought of doing one back in college, nearly 10 years ago. I found the Luna Chix, and they are awesome for training assistance, if there's a group in your city.
