Actually, I really enjoy the kettlebell workouts. It is pretty hard, and I can't do it for longer than about 10 minutes...so I try and do a few small workouts in a day instead of a long one. I must admit that I took the last week off because of AF...but I just got a workout DVD in the mail through Netflix and I'm going to try picking back up today. Nice to meet you Kristen! Hopefully I'll be a good buddy too. I've been up and down in my weight since high school...but I always seem to gain a little more than I lose LOL. I REALLY gained after I quit smoking...and I haven't been able to get rid of the extra weight I put on with my last pregnancy (my daughter is almost 2). I love to workout...I'm just not a motivated person most of the time LOL. Oh well...we'll see what happens! 1998 days ago
