My Goals:
I want to get in better shape, and lose some weight.

My Program:
I'm walking regularly, and doing a bit of strength training. The walking is a snap since I work on my feet a lot, but the stength training leaves me just sore enough to notice.

Personal Information:
I live in Raleigh, NC.

I've never dieted or followed an exercise program before!

Other Information:
I hate exercising around other people.

Hi again!

Hey if 3 days of cardio and 3 days of strength work for you, then I am ALL over it! LOL You are down 20 lbs so it's obviously working! I can't wait to see where I am at a month from now!
