Hi! I'm a recent grad who is miserable in her first "real world" job. But it pays the bills, sorta. Largely due to my weight issues, my self esteem is desperately low and I've barely dated. I have very minimal willpower, and I love the satisfaction of food (especially when a majority of my life is spent at my unsatisfying job), so dieting is hard for me. Too often when I'm hungry or particularly sad my weight concerns will go right out the window. I've been a member of sparkpeople for a while, though mostly with limited activity. I signed up for sparkcoach now, so hopefully on my second try this site will give me the support and skills I need to stay on track and shed the weight!

My Goals:
To lose the weight... above all I'd like to lose the weight but I am trying to be smart about it. I intend to tone up, as well as lose the weight and become overall a more fit and capable person!

My Program:
Fruits and veggies diet (and little protein). Green smoothies, smart ingredient coupling, and lots of exercise. I just want to eat healthy and make good decisions.

Your welcome. I was hoping I didn't over step my bonds. I still struggle myself to not take any steps backwards. Man it is really hard. Doesn't help that fast food and restaurants aren't helping. They increase portions sizes, put chemicals in our foods. I try not to eat out as much. I have to say this past two weeks I did great. Only eat out once.

Hi Arisanna,

I was glad to hear from you, my week - no better really. I am thinking about starting myself off in stage 1 again on Sunday. I don't know what it is, I really think it is the meal planning and prep. I also need to get my butt moving :)
