I used to be thin in highschool, gained and lost. I do remember a 27 inch waist. Now I've doubled that. It's time I lost the weight but more for being healthy than how thin can I be.

Update Jan 2009: I'm still here after a year or two and haven't lost a thing. But I keep hoping. At least I haven't given that up! It's ...

It's unfortunate I don't have a lot of time to spend on spark as I am a new homeowner and a school teacher. I don't have the patience either waiting for pages to load in either. I had joined many other sparkteams too but decided to give those up. Making changes!!!

My Goals:
Sure I have an ultimate goal but I refuse to think in that way as I want to ensure success. So... I'm doing mini-goals. My first mini-goal is for December.

Another goals include:
- drinking enough water
- exercising 4-5 times a week
- tracking my food

My Program:
I don't like to use just one program. All kinds of programs have +'s and -'s.

Thanks for stopping by my page. I made my own vision board a few years back. I wrote a SP blog about it once. It's the traditional kind. I bought a bulletin board with a very nice frame around it. I cut out photos from magazines and placed them on the board in a pattern that means something to me. I have it on the wall in my room and it still inspires me.

The mild winter is great. We finally got a major snow fall. Last weekend, or maybe it was the weekend before, we got 2 feet! One load! lol
