Turning it Around

I've been on a roller coaster for many years. My highest weight was 220 lbs (and at 204 right now I'm too close to that for comfort). My lowest (and when I felt the healthiest I hovered between 140-145. I maintained that weight for a bit over a year, before I spiraled out of control.

I know how to eat right, how to exercise - but there's this disconnect within me. I continually treat myself poorly and that has got to stop! After all, I'm pretty darn worthwhile to treat right ...

I'm going back to tracking every morsel I eat (only way to keep honest)! I've also rejoined a gym. That's the plan. Simple, straightforward but I know it'll take work. Nothing worthwhile ever came easy =)
