Taking the initiative to living a happy life. My current goal is to lose 100 pds and finally live the life I've always dreamed. I have the resources like friends, gym, magazine, internet etc, but never used them to my full advantage. I am looking to change that because I am tire of thinking i will not be my desired weight. I saw an article in People Magazine where someone has used SparkPeople and received great results. I am now hoping i can achieve the same. My goal is set, my darling mother has been informed of my change, my best friend is being supportive 100%, and my gym is 24hr mon-fri 12:30-2:30 maximum. I encourage any advice as I will give the same. I know everyone here has their eyes on the prize which is what I'm doing for the first time. So here we go..............

My Goals:
Want to lose at least 30-40lbs by the summer. Want to be more consistent, more confident if i feel the need to overeat i must i repeat muuuust write on sparkpeople first!!!
Weigh 160-165- Buy new Dress and shoes!!!
150-155- new swimsuit
140-145- new workout clothes!!!
130-135- NEW BIKE!!!

My Program:
Gym at least 6 times a week.
Stay within my calories goal.
Water at all times. And I recently discovered Nike Training App so that will be my source for strength training and stretches. I've already reached over 1000 mins and I'm really happy with my consistency.
