My goal is to get down to 145, but for now a reasonable goal is 160 and then from there I will work on losing that last 15lbs. I currently about 33lbs. away from 160!
Maintaining good eating habits, staying within my boundaries of calorie and nutritional needs. Fitness wise, I am making the effort to include some form of exercise of a minimum of 10 min. a day (which usually turns into 20-60 min.!)
