It has been a long time since I have been on here. Working too much these days. I keep losing and gaining the same pound, but it is time to get serious.

This weekend I purchased some new running shoes and a kettlebell so there are no excuses!!

Hey Nicole!

I hope all is well and that you are not anywhere near that fire. I have less than dedicated with being healthy and I am feeling the repercussions. But I am back to measuring and logging my food and tracking my exercise. I had a less than stellar doctors appointment yesterday and I need to get my blood pressure in check.

I could use a Buddy to help me stay on track. You interested?
