HELLO! My name is Ariel. :) I'm 19 years old and finished with my first year of college. I'm 5'1", and I often feel unfit and bulky. I've always struggled with my weight, but in my senior year of high school I finally felt thin and in shape. And then college started. I devolved into a mess of bingeing. I lost motivation to eat healthy, which in turn lead to weight gain, which lowered my self-esteem and continued the vicious cycle. I want to be healthy ...
