I myself am 5 '3 1/2" and currently 130 lbs. I have lost 20 lbs so far and am aiming for my goal weight of 120 lbs. I went down from a size 12 to a size 8. My goal is a 6! I know I'm on my way. I'm on a similar program as you: 8 glasses of water a day, I run 2x a week and do strength training at gym 2xweek. I also am keeping ice cream OUT the house and cut down a lot on desserts/snacks. My snacks now include either raw almonds, protein shake, a sweet potato, oatmeal, green tea, or fresh fruit or vegetable. I've also cut down on juice and fruits (I try to have some blueberries or raisins in my oatmeal in the morning and sometimes an apple as a snack, but that's it).
