YOU ONLY GET ONE BODY... LOVE YOUR BODY

Mind over matter! Or atleast it should be that easy! I just turned 29 years old and started the year out for once at a decent weight. My new years resolution is to keep it down as close to 118 ish- 120 lbs as possible. Its hard to loose but even hard to maintain! I was misserable last year with my weight. My pants were tight and I swear when I gain a few pounds my face gets fat right away. Ive been off of here for a year or so. Until my best bud, Sarah1182 just got me motivated again! ...

My Goals:
I really need to make me goal weight! 118 lbs here I come! :)

My Program:
* Drinking 8 glasses of water a day.
* Trying to stop snacking and desserts.
* Trying to stop eating after 6pm.
* Working out more.

Other Information:
This winter I want to be wearing size 2 jeans! Its not gonna be a wish anymore, Im gonna make it happen! :)

Hey! I see that your goal weight is pretty much around what mine is. I'm getting so frustrated because it is taking so long to come off. Good luck in conquering your goal though I know you can do it! emoticon

Hi Ariel,

Your look great girl! Keep up the hard work and you will make it to your goal!

I myself am 5 '3 1/2" and currently 130 lbs. I have lost 20 lbs so far and am aiming for my goal weight of 120 lbs. I went down from a size 12 to a size 8. My goal is a 6! I know I'm on my way. I'm on a similar program as you: 8 glasses of water a day, I run 2x a week and do strength training at gym 2xweek. I also am keeping ice cream OUT the house and cut down a lot on desserts/snacks. My snacks now include either raw almonds, protein shake, a sweet potato, oatmeal, green tea, or fresh fruit or vegetable. I've also cut down on juice and fruits (I try to have some blueberries or raisins in my oatmeal in the morning and sometimes an apple as a snack, but that's it).

Thanks for your comment on my blog. And if I looked as skinny as you I wouldn't worry about 1 lb!!! You look fantastic, can't wait till I get to my goal weight. Slowly but surely I'm getting there.
