I've been away for many months. My life has been crazy and busy. It's time for me to be back here since this worked for me last time when I lost the first 25. I can't do it on my own. I am married with two kids. I always find myself finishing what's on their plate. I've learned to tell myself that I don't have to do that. I've been away for many months. My life has been crazy and busy. It's time for me to be back here since this worked for me last time when I lost the first 25. I can't do it on my own. I am married with two kids. I always find myself finishing what's on their plate. I've learned to tell myself that I don't have to do that. That's what really helped me a lot! 2008: The Year in review! SW: 178 EW: 157 GW: 127 Total inches lost: 21 I feel better than I did at the beginning of the year. I have more energy and don't feel sluggish or too tired to do anything. Goals for 2009: 1. Lose 20 lbs. 2. Lose more inches 3. Drink more water. This is so hard for me. 4. Eat more fruits and veggies 5. Don't eat anything that has more than 5g of fat and 10g of sugar per serving. (That's hard. Can't find much in the stores!) 6. Learn how to swim. Didn't get any of my goals accomplished in 2009. Here's to 2010. I think I'm ready to redo everything.

Do as much walking I can. Get in any form of exercise. Eat more fruits/veggies. Drink more water.
My Program:
I have been eating healthier, trying to skip the cakes or cookies.
Other Information:
DD is getting into trying to eat healthier. I'm trying to set a good example for my kids.
