A DDR Girl's Dancing Life
Speed Over Beethoven, DoLL, Moonlight Shadow, Cartoon Heroes, Butterfly, I love the fast ones! I may only do Light and Standard mode right now, but I love the games and I hope on getting more. I've always been on the bigger side, whether from what I ate, how much salt, too little water, or how much I ate of it, or a combination of all, I'm not sure. My mother and her BF had a weigh off starting, so I decided I might as well join in (they're going to a Jimmy Buffet ...

I've always been on the bigger side, whether from what I ate, how much salt, too little water, or how much I ate of it, or a combination of all, I'm not sure. My mother and her BF had a weigh off starting, so I decided I might as well join in (they're going to a Jimmy Buffet concert, I'm not) I decided to join in. In just under the two weeks Since we officially started (well them, I'm an unofficial tag along :P) I've lost around 13 lbs (4 lbs, I think since I joined spark, as of March 26th anyway). Sure some of it was water retention, some of it period I bet, but I am losing. It may seem fast, yet I'm doing it healthily, lots of DDR when I'm in the mood (or on the days my mom and I have set up to do DDR together). I'm also eating better and tracking what I eat on spark, it's pretty amazing, I never knew exactly what I ate had calorie wise, I eat a whole lot more conscientious now, and about how much, though I still eat a bit, I make sure it's healthier for me, and low glycemic, my body seems to work very well this way. I can keep it up, I know this, even if it takes me two years, I will be a healthier, happier me. (My mom says I'm already happier ;P I think I am too). I definitely feel better, but I still have some bad habits to work on. One step at a time, right?

My Goals:
To feel well, to be able to go Standard and Heavy DDR well eventually, to get down to a normal weight for a change, to eliminate my GERD acting up.
My Program:
Eat better and less, Do at lest 9 DDR songs daily, usually more like 30 though every other day.

I love animals, dancing and games, specially DDR games and many RPGs. I read vampire novels, and I have fun with life.
