thank you for the time you spent in your email you sent me. I appreciate the suggestions and I have been playing around with protein fats and carb ratios. I seem to do better with the lower region of carb over the top protein and high in region fats. Since I had strokes the fats are really needed for my brain to heal. Believe oit or not your brain is mostly fat. SO we are all fatheads:) I seem to have more brain power if I keep it this way and have lost two pounds in two days, so I will see. I am using kind of a diabetic diet I have modified for me. I have more energy and don't get tired after eating.
