Hey! Hey hey! I haven't been on the Spark website for a long while, although I've been using the app every day. Good to see you active on here! emoticon

P.S. Are those goals on the side of your SparkPage new? The swing dance one makes me think so. That's a lot of exercise! Every day, with 2 x strength, 2 x spin, running, dancing... do you get a weekly get-out-of-jail-free card (i.e. miss a workout without beating yourself up) for one session you need to skip for whatever reason? I'm a big fan of NOT going all-or-nothing... Your bar is set so high, even a halfway successful week is still an awesome week! Hope you're cutting yourself enough slack. xo!! emoticon

I haven't tried the Astro greek yogurt, haven't seen it. We typically get the Liberte stuff (which is pricey but not bad when you get it by the flat of individuals or double-tub pack at Costco). I will have an eye out for it. Sweet cream flavoured? How's the sugar content (dare I ask)? I should get back to having the plain greek with fruit mixed in, but lazy me likes to get the individuals to throw into my lunches with less fuss (and one less tupperware to lug home on the SkyTrain) despite their sugary sweet fruit-syrup stuff. At least there's lots of protein! Gooooooo protein snacks! emoticon

Gotta say, I'm not a fan of the black text on dark red background, this is kind of tough to read while I'm typing. Yes, I have old lady eyeballs. emoticon

Dibs on your first comment! Yahoo! I'm very excited to have you on Spark. So excited that I ate a piece of cake after dinner in your honour! LOL okay, so it wasn't... but I am really looking forward to being extra active on Spark due to your being here, and reaping the nutritional benefits of said activity!
