I've redefined my goals and decided I was really happy at 175. If I could just get there and maintain, I'm satisfied. It's better than being miserable all the time because I'm aiming for an unattainable goal.
Mostly low carb, tracking my portions, carbs and calories (a tedious but necessary evil). Adding healthy fats like avocodos and coconut oil - both of which I love anyway. Increasing my fiber.
Lived in L.A. my entire life.
The last five years in Las Vegas, Ne-vah-dah. I've created my own universe here. I moved back to Downtown Las Vegas and incidentally, have been much happier. Being happier makes it easier to eat more mindfully.
