My Goals:
Abs! I know I have them, because how else could I stand up straight? However, I've never actually SEEN them... anyway, 2011 is the year of the abs. I'm hoping attending to my diet + more cardio (less wieghts) = abs?

My Program:
1) Track food everyday! And be THINKING about the CALORIES I am EATING, jeez.
2) Cardio 5 days a week, 3 days 60 minutes, 2 days mixed cardio/weights (one upper one lower). More intense weights on the remaining 2 days? Whatever, get to the gym every day, even if it's just for 30 minutes of cardio.
3) Meditate for 10 minutes at the beginning of every day. Sit mens sana in corpore sano, and all that.
4) Keep a journal. Probably not everyday, and not publicly.

Developing neuroscientist/philosopher.
Epee fencer.
Amateur pianist/guitarist.

I was using a fitbit flex for a little bit and then I realized that I just need to exercise more rather than counting my steps - also my iPhone 5S tracks my steps in the FitBit app anyway. But I do think they are really cool!
