Hey would you want to meet with the Conway members on Tuesday and Thursday Nights at the McGee Center in West Conway at 6pm do get some cardio in? I am attempting to get the group more active and get the group to support each other
Thanks for stopping by my blog and commenting. Wasn't it exhilarating to get through without walking? It took me a while. I did the 5k training program and am thinking about working toward a 10k in the fall. I do like to run especially outside but my body doesn't like it as much. the treadmill is a lot easier for me. Hope you have lots of success on your running and getting fit journey.
Just saw your chi running team. Is it a special way to run? Maybe I'll look for the book.
