Thanks for stopping by my blog and commenting. Wasn't it exhilarating to get through without walking? It took me a while. I did the 5k training program and am thinking about working toward a 10k in the fall. I do like to run especially outside but my body doesn't like it as much. the treadmill is a lot easier for me. Just saw your chi running team. Is it a special way to run? Maybe I'll look for the book.
