Follow the food plan you developed with your dietician. If you have not seen the dietician in a while make an appointment and tune up your food plan. SparkPeople has changed my life immeasurably since I joined this past May prior to my weight loss surgery. It was very easy for me to search the SparkTeams and introduce myself on team "threads." Once I had met my first dozen or two SparkFriends, that's when things started moving quickly and I noticed an inner peace that came from sharing my life with other people at the speed of Spark! Since I was "sparked" by EFFIEANNIE, I began to Blog regularly and document all of my progress, the good days and the bad. When I was down and needed a boost, I SparkMailed a bunch of my friends and literally within ten minutes their support and positive replies came into my Inbox.
