Sexy Bikini here I come!!!

My name is Heather and I have tried every diet and exercise program there is. It's not that they don't work... it's just that I don't work them. I need help with motivation and to stop making excuses for why I am this big. I need to just get off my butt and do something about it. No food will ever taste as good as the way being skinny feels!!!

Ok... I got skinny. I went from 272 in Jan 2009 to 190 in July 2010 when I fell off. Graduated college, ...

Ok... I got skinny. I went from 272 in Jan 2009 to 190 in July 2010 when I fell off. Graduated college, went through a bad breakup, found another love, gained a little bit here and there, got preggers, had another beautiful baby boy. You know life happens and I blew up. I am now ready to get back to where I once was. I know I can, because I did before. It means more to me now because I have a family I want to be around for. Also I remember what it felt like being big, losing the weight and feeling absolutely amazing during and after. It was an emotional high all the time. I need that again. I need to make it happen. I need to be accountable.

I want to start working out for me again.

I want to get back into making video blogs on YouTube. I forgot how I really enjoyed that. And of how much it really helped.

I started really watching what I was eating closely and eating more like I used to starting in September this year (2012). To date I have lost 20 lbs, going from 265-245. I will continue to lose and will stay updating this along the way!

Congrats on your success so far! Keep up the good work! I saw you were in nursing school. I am a nurse practitioner, so I know how hard that can be. Just keep working hard, and when it's all over - it will be SO WORTH IT! :) Keep goin' girl! :)

Hey Girl! I was so happy to see the comment from you! And I would love to get together with you sometime. What do you want to do? You can come to my place, I can come to yours, we can take the boys to McDonald's, walk around the mall .... etc. Do you have any ideas or preferences? Matt would love to go fishing with your fiance - the only problem with Matt is that he works ALL the time and never really knows in advance when he will have a day off. What does your fiance do? Well let me know when you want to get together - I'll try to give you a call in the next couple days. Things are kinda hectic right now - trying to get everything together for school registration for Jay next week :)

Hey! Well congrats on your weight loss so far! Looks like you are doing really good! Well I have started exercising more. I do a 1/2 hour of aerobics every morning and I have started going to my parents to use their exercise bike and treadmill. I would love to get together some time - even if it's just to hang out. Parham and Quioccasin - you must live right by Regency huh? I used to live in Three Chopt West appartments right across from Freeman (that's where I went to HS) and my grandmother and cousin live in Gateway Apts right next to Cloisters. I've grown up in this area so I know it pretty well. Are you from here? Do you have any regular days off?

Hey! You're little boy is so cute! What is his name? I'm not currently working out anywhere. I like the ladies only places (just feel more comfy but not sure why :) but I can't find a ladies only place that also has daycare. I am a stay at home mom so I have my son pretty much all the time although if I had a regular routine I could probably get my mom to watch him. Do you belong anywhere? We must live pretty close to each other - I live right off of Three Chopt - I'm walking distance from Henrico Doctors Hospital. Did you grow up around here?
