Time to start sparking again! I'm BACK!

Once upon a time my depression led me to fall off the wagon and I gained a bunch of weight...AGAIN. I have always been very short so the weight became very noticeable. Members of my family would say that I was "fluffy", this hurt me and made me feel even worse about myself. I gained all the weight from emotional eating and binging. Whenever I was feeling bored/depressed I'd go to the corner store and get a whole bunch of candy and chocolate then eat it ALL!

BUT NOW...It's time for ...

I want to be fit and active, continue to eat healthy so I can lead a healthy, happy and full-filling life!

My goal is to feel healthy, confident and strong!

*I want to lose the weight I gained.

*I want to have more energy to do the things I love.

*I want to feel STRONG and fit!

*I want to feel good about myself.

Personal Information:
I'm a very ambitious 26 year old female living in Beautiful British Columbia, Canada.

I love painting, reading, animals and camping! My favorite exercises are rollerblading and dancing!

However, my world pretty much revolves around music.
There isn't a single day that goes by where I don't listen to my beats!

I have a beautiful pure black Pomeranian with a bit of white/gray on his muzzle who's two years old. I absolutely adore him and he goes everywhere with me!

Hey!! Just saw that you were active on Spark again and saw your comment on my page :) Good to hear from ya! I need to reset my ticker- it is definitely not correct. I had a baby last month and still have about 20 lb. of pregg-o weight I;d like to lose. I'm still tracking, but I gotta get it together on keeping my calories lower. As always, my sweet tooth is my downfall...sigh. How have you been??

Hey Ara!!! Sorry for the delay. Got called into work early 4/5 days this week due to coworker illnesses! Phew have I been busy! I gained back everything, darn it all. I hear ya. I just have to have the want again, and I just don't. Right now there is just so much going on around me, I am not focusing on myself, that is for sure. Hoping 2014 is a great year!!!

hey, you! thanks for the support! yes we CAN both do it. i'm getting pretty frustrated with myself, as i'm in a time crunch now. i'd like to lose 4-5 lb. before my 4/29 wedding. i don't have much more time, i have GOT to pull myself together. ugh! anyway, thats exciting about your new laptop! glad to see you back on SP emoticon
