Thanks so much I have been off the sight for a while and I tried to get back to exercising as I want to get back to running again . Due to my injury I thought it would be best to start wit walking so the day before yesterday I walked but maybe 1 hour was to much as the fronts of my ankles really hurt. It is disappointing I am trying to stay on track with my food. I have control of that .

Thanks for the info Heidishope. I ill try yoga. Im always scared to try anything because it will automatically trigger my fibro but I have to do something. I have been working on the eating part but I have to do something physically. Since I had to stop working I gained 20 lbs and I feel horrible. 1665 days ago
Yoga is my secret weapon against Fibro. I always follow any workout with some relaxing and stretching yoga. I also use it in the middle of the afternoon instead of napping...just a relaxing pose for 10-20 minutes. I had to start slow and easy and have worked my way up to being able to do more difficult poses (lizard, tree and eagle). However I can NOT do Sun Salutations--they are too hard on my head and blood pressure. 1665 days ago
