Hello and Welcome,

This is my first legitimate attempt to lose weight, and I'm very surprised at how well it's going. I'm meeting goals without starving, and I actually feel more energetic, which also surprises me.

Thanks for your comment on my blog. That is what you face when you reach your goal. People will tell you to ease up and have that fry! You are exactly right..you can have it once a year, but now I stay in the healthy eating 90% of the time.

I love workout classes to mix things up, sometimes you are on the elliptical trainer staring at yourself in the mirror and it's just so dull! This way I stay motivated! Try some classes, it's fun!
