My Goals:
Long Term Goal: I want to have increased energy, be a positive role model for my kids, and live a healthy lifestyle. I want to lose 120 lbs. Medium Term Goal #1: Reach 200 lbs. Short Term Goals: 1. 250 (BMI 43) MET 1/8/11 2. 240 (BMI 41.3) 3. 230 (BMI 39.6) 4. 220 (BMI 37.8) 5. 210 (BMI 36.1) 6. 200 (BMI 34.4) My Plan: 1. Drink 64 – 80 oz. of water daily. Limit coffee to once a day. 2. Walk 2 miles a minimum of 5 days/week. 3. Strive for 3 fruits and/or veggies daily. 4. Track food daily. 5. Do weekly sit ups and push ups test. 7. Complete one 5K run before June. 8. Log onto SP daily.

1. Walk Away The Pounds. 2. Pilates and yoga - beginners versions.
