Hi, good morning! I saw your post about an accountability buddy (Renton Sparkers)...that's what I need too. I'm on a mission to lose between 7 and 14 lbs by Aug 2nd (at least a lb a week, but hopefully 2 lbs.)
I'm the new team leader which is a bit weird cause I don't actually live in Renton but I'll be moving there real soon and in the meantime, the team was going to be ended for lack of participation and I wanted to save it...
Also if you have any suggestions about making our team better and getting it kicked off on a more active note, I'm open! I added you as a friend, hopefully we can get to know each other and motivate/encourage each other!
I'd be happy to be your buddy if you are still looking. I'm struggling w/my strength exercise now. I've gotten much better with my water intake & cardio, but I don't like using weights...yet.
I could be better, i am getting lazy on excercise, was doing bad with the diet yesterday, but today i did better, got my fruit, veggies in! now just need to get back to excercising.... 2465 days ago
