Almost everyone comes to a point where they say, enough is enough. Well, that's where I am at. I am tired of the 'squeezed in' uncomfortable feeling I have when wearing my size 12 pants, the chubby look of my face, the shapeless arms in a tank top, and many other things I could mention.
One might look at a 20-30 lb weight loss goal and say, 'oh, that's nothing compared to what I have to lose!' Obviously, if you are like me and are out of shape and want to get back into shape, or you want to be in your healthy weight range and 20-30 lbs is what it takes to get there, then I would say that 20-30lbs is 'something'. Some people might think that my weight loss goal 'could be worse', and it could be, but at this point in time I am ready to say....'this is the worst it's gonna get for me'.
I have a wonderful husband and two beautiful kids, whom I love and cherish. I need to remind myself that there is another person who needs to be taken care of as well, and that's me! I'm the only one who will be able to make this change in me and the only one to carry through with what my heart desires, and that is to be healthier and thinner again. Why not? I deserve it!
It's my goal to be healthier, thinner and feel great in the clothes I wear.
I'm eatting healthier and have been watching my portions. I have been doing cario at least 4-5 times per week and incorporating weights as well.
Along with SP, I have family and friends with whom i've developed a buddy sytem. With our buddy system, we keep each other informed of our eatting habits, along with workout routines. And we keep on each other when we mess up from time to time!

5'3", 155.6 lbs
5'3", 130 lbs
