My Goals:
I'm aiming for something realistic this time. My doctor recommended I lose 10% of my body weight, which would bring me from 216 down to 194.5
My Program:
1300-1500 calories a day and as much physical activity as my bad back will allow me to do
Personal Information:
I have "severely degenerated discs" in my lower back, so I am very limited in the kinds of exercise I can do. No running, jumping, or bouncing for me. Ever. Very frustrating when trying to stay active.
