My Goals:
I'm aiming for something realistic this time. My doctor recommended I lose 10% of my body weight, which would bring me from 216 down to 194.5

My Program:
1300-1500 calories a day and as much physical activity as my bad back will allow me to do

Personal Information:
I have "severely degenerated discs" in my lower back, so I am very limited in the kinds of exercise I can do. No running, jumping, or bouncing for me. Ever. Very frustrating when trying to stay active.

Hi, I visited your page after seeing your cookie blog - I noticed you are physically limited in exercise. I have bad knees and I know how frustrating that can be. Wanted to tell you I've found a dvd that is a really good workout called Chair Aerobics for Everyone. It seriously works the core, arms and legs. I'm able to do brisk walking a few days a week, but for the rest I love using this dvd.
