Accountability and Motivation

I have tried almost every single diet until i realized that it was the only thing I could say about those attempts, that they were all just 'Trying' with no actual 'committing'. I plan to change that with the help of Sparkpeople and become accountable and dedicated to my healthier lifestyle and fitness regime. I joined teh YMCA and so far I love the classes I have gone to. Go to a class everyday at the YMCA and use the elliptical as well. Eat between 1200-1500 calories per day and track my food.
